Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.

Additional Liability Insurance (ALI)
Optional Coverages
CDW is optional at all locations and is taxable. If CDW accepted Non Waivable excess (NWE) is USD 1,200.00. If declined, customer is responsible for full value of vehicle. PAI is available, cost varies by car group. Customer is still responsible for stolen accessories.
Credit Card Policies
A major credit card in the name of the primary driver must be produced at the time of rental. This location accepts Diners Club, American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, Visa. At the time of rental there will be a charge card hold between 780.00 USD and 1800.00 USD plus the total estimated rental charges plus the customer liability or non-waivable excess (NWE) depending on the renter’s choice of coverage options.
Debit Card Policies
Debit cards are not accepted.
Drivers License
A valid national driving license from the renter's country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental. For rentals lasting more than 180 days, drivers must also obtain a local driving license. International driving license is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet. International driving license is a translation only.
Public Liability and Property Damage
Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
Additional Driver Policy
Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. The charge for the additional driver is USD 2.50/day, plus tax unless the additional driver is the spouse. Underage fees do apply.
Age Requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 for all car groups. Maximum rental age is 75. An underage driver fee of 20.00 USD per day plus tax will apply for renters age 18 to 20.

Cars can be returned to other Avis locations within this country. Luxury, Full Size Van and Special groups are not allowed to be driven in the Sierra Mountains of Peru. Economy cars are not allowed outside the city of Lima. Vehicles are not available for one-way rentals outside this country.
