Terms and Conditions
- Miles may not be earned on contracted rates, Avis employee rates, ANA employee rates, tour operator net rates or chauffeur drive rates.
- Customers must present their ANA Mileage Club membership card or ANA credit card at the time of check-out. However, if no card is presented, the customer will quote their membership number which must be entered onto the Rental Agreement as normal.
- ANA issues 2 types of Mileage Club cards, each with a membership number containing 9 digits:
- ANA Mileage Club Card (all tiers) - AWD Number: J093000
- ANA Credit Card - AWD Number: J093100
